What is the Decathlon return policy?

We offer a 365-day return policy for our Decathlon members on all unused products. If you are not a member, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items with a valid receipt.

How can I track my sports gear delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.

Do you offer warranties on technical equipment?

Yes, most of our products come with a minimum 2-year warranty. Some specific items, like our Quechua backpacks, carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I click and collect my order in-store?

Absolutely. Our 'Click & Collect' service allows you to place an order online and pick it up at your nearest Decathlon store within 2 hours, provided the items are in stock.
